PROBLEMS OF BEING IN AN UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP

Affects daily routine: When we are in a toxic relationship, it often hampers our day-to-day life activities. You found yourself cross-questioned, every time you’re about to do being new, take a new step and go beyond the circle of your partner’s supposition.

Self-esteem low: Self-esteem is an individual’s subjective assessment of their own worth. A toxic relationship is extremely one-sided. It’s all about one person to the discharge of the other. Neglect self-importance: “You cannot last one day without me.” “You made me do that, you know.” All of these are flat-out lies, told by a toxic partner object your partner is trying to persuade you it’s true completely so you don’t walk out. Do not believe the lies or the publicity here. Walking away shows personal strength, self-importance, and the daring to stand on your own two feet, without someone else rubber-stamping your daily activities or life.
